For Customers: You must provide accurate and complete delivery information, including pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, and a description of the package(s).
Inaccurate or incomplete information may result in delivery delays, additional charges, or cancellation of the service.
For Drivers: You agree to supply accurate personal, vehicle, and compliance information during the application process.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is current and truthful. We reserve the right to verify such information and request additional documentation as needed.
4. Prohibited Items
Certain items are prohibited from being delivered. These include, but are not limited to, hazardous materials, illegal goods, and perishable items requiring special handling. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel delivery of any items that violate these restrictions.
5. Pricing and Payment
All orders are subject to our pricing structure, which is provided as an estimate at the time of booking; final charges will be based on the confirmed delivery details.
Payment must be received in full prior to dispatching our services.
We accept payments via credit card and other methods supported by our payment provider, Stripe.
Additional charges incurred due to inaccurate information provided by you may be billed accordingly.
6. Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, we will schedule your delivery according to the selected service option. While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or unforeseen events. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant delays.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be made before the driver is dispatched.
Refunds will be processed at our discretion, based on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation.
Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in your order confirmation or communicated at the time of cancellation.

Omigar Couriers Ltd.βs liability for any direct damages is limited to the value of the service provided. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. We are not responsible for delays or damages resulting from factors beyond our control, including incorrect addresses, weather conditions, or actions of third parties.
