You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including pickup and drop-off addresses, contact details, and package contents. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delays or additional charges. 

4. Prohibited Items
Certain items, such as hazardous materials, illegal goods, and perishable items requiring special handling, are prohibited. We reserve the right to reject or refuse delivery of such items.

5. Pricing and Payment
All orders are subject to our pricing structure. You will be provided with a cost estimate upon booking, and final charges will be based on the confirmed delivery. Payment is required prior to the dispatch of our services. We accept payments via credit cards and other methods supported by our payment provider, Stripe.

6. Delivery Process
Upon confirmation, we will schedule your delivery as per the requested service. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other uncontrollable factors. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any delays.

7. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations must be requested before the driver is dispatched. Refunds will be processed based on our discretion, depending on the timing and circumstances of the cancellation. Fees may apply.

8. Liability 
We are not liable for delays or damages caused by third-party factors, including road conditions, weather, or incorrect addresses. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided and does not cover indirect or consequential damages.

9. Dispute Resolution 
In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the issue. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
